Menu: Settings

User Story

As a user, I want to be able to change settings about the game in a nice UI, so that I can make it suit my preferences.

Acceptance Criteria

This will be complete when the user is able to change audio settings, as well as other preferences. Create a settings menu that you can toggle some options for example the audio settings, or some profile options
